- Supplements and test kits can be returned for a full refund up to two (2) weeks after purchase, providing they are unopened and in their original condition.
- There will be a thirty percent (30%) fee applied to the refund of the initial cost of any test kits or supplements.
- Consultations can be canceled with 24-hour notification. The notification can be by phone, email, or text. Without this notice, barring an emergency, the full consultation fee of $250will be incurred. Please note that your credit card may be charged for the cost of the missed consultation.
